Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 17, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of asktuvo.com and the AskTuvo service (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What AskTuvo is (and is not)

AskTuvo is an information and discovery tool. It helps small businesses find and understand government contract opportunities that are already published in public government systems. AskTuvo does notsubmit bids for you, does not act as your agent, and does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice. Any summaries, "fit" indicators, match reasons, set-aside or eligibility tags, deadlines, and checklists are informational conveniences only and are not advice or a guarantee.

These indicators are generated automatically from third-party government data (such as SAM.gov and state/local systems) and from the information you enter in your profile — both of which may be inaccurate, mislabeled, incomplete, or out of date. For example, a set-aside, certification requirement, deadline, or category may be labeled incorrectly at the source, or your profile may be missing information, causing a match, eligibility tag, or summary to be wrong. Such indicators are NOT a determination of your eligibility to bid or win, and you must independently verify every detail — including any set-aside, eligibility requirement, deadline, and scope — on the official government source before relying on it or acting. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskTuvo is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on these automated indicators or from inaccuracies in the underlying government data or your profile inputs.

2. Not affiliated with the government

AskTuvo is an independent private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored bythe U.S. government, SAM.gov, any federal, state, or local agency, or any procurement system or portal. All government names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify public data.

3. Data sources — public data, not ours, provided “as is”

  • Opportunity information is collected from public government sources (e.g., SAM.gov and official state/local open-data systems). This information is public record; we do not own it and claim no rights in it.
  • We are not the source of truth. The official government posting is always authoritative. Data we display may be incomplete, delayed, reformatted, or out of date.
  • We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, eligibility determinations, or availability of any opportunity, summary, deadline, or other information.
  • Before relying on or responding to any opportunity, you must independently verify all details on the official government source. Links to third-party and government sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or availability.

4. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that you will find, qualify for, win, or be awarded any contract, or that any opportunity is still open, suitable, or accurate. Government contracting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate profile information, to use the Service lawfully, and not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt to access data that is not yours; scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs; or rely on the Service as a substitute for professional advice or official government sources.

6. Accounts & billing

Some features may require an account or a paid subscription. Paid plans (when offered) are billed as described at checkout; you can cancel at any time and cancellation stops future billing. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change features or pricing on a prospective basis.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskTuvo and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost contracts, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or US$50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AskTuvo and its owners and providers from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Assumption of risk & no reliance

You acknowledge that the Service surfaces public information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and that any matching, scoring, summaries, or eligibility indicators are automated and may be wrong. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service and agree not to rely on it as your sole basis for any bidding, business, financial, or legal decision. Always confirm details on the official government source.

11. Third-party services & links

The Service depends on, and links to, third-party and government systems (e.g., SAM.gov, state/local portals, and our infrastructure providers). We do not control them and are not responsiblefor their content, accuracy, availability, changes, downtime, or practices. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.

12. Availability — no uptime guarantee

The Service is provided without any service-level commitment. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice or liability, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages or changes at government data sources or service providers, internet failures, acts of government, or other force-majeure events.

14. Dispute resolution — binding arbitration & class-action waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. You and AskTuvo waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will proceed in the courts identified below.

15. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without obligation to you.

16. Changes & termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms are indicated by the "Last updated" date. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AskTuvo is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 14 (arbitration), any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

18. General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and AskTuvo regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) survive.
